macOS build

I attempted to build it myself but it appears the CMAKE list doesn't have support for macOS and I don't know enough about CMAKE to add it. Error below:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:12 (message): Unknown compiler

I got this error when I was building for mac psvpfstools-2.0/psvpfsparser/F00DKeyEncryptor.cpp:8:10: fatal error: 'boost/property_tree/ptree.hpp' file not found #include <boost/property_tree/ptree.hpp>
