Update Motioneye-os to support Motioneye 0.43.1

Hello,

it could be nice to update motioneye-os to support the new version of Motioneye 0.43.1. It needs for example python 3.7 for example instead of python 2.

It's not on the radar of the new devs at this time. The instructions are here to compile/create it yourself, though.
