Continued support of Motioneye-OS

Hello all,

I see that Calin Crisan has transfered the development of motioneye to a new group. This is wonderful news. Continued support and updates!

One note: The readme.md of motioneye-os still reads: "#Due to personal reasons I can no longer be actively involved with this project. If anyone is interested in taking it over, please contact me and we'll work out together a hand-off plan."

Is this part of the project not taken over? Otherwise, please update this one with a similar statement to the one in motioneye.

Thanks Calin for all your great work. And good luck to the new team!
