Inline help not showing up

we are running motionEye 0.43.1b4, and there hovering over the circled ? icon has no effect. While i can help myself by inspecting the help-mark tags in the developer tool, a "normal user" may have problems finding the information they are looking for (and for me it is still very cumbersome).

I am guessing this is handled by some javascript, though there is no error report in the console. Maybe issue https://github.com/motioneye-project/motioneye/issues/2856 is related (causing the JS to fail?)

Which tooltip is it exactly? All I tested recently work well, if #2856 is related, then it would be one with a quoting character inside, in the language you selected.

I just assume it was either cased by the other issue, which has been resolved, or by missing translation strings, which has been resolved as well. Hence I'll mark this as closed. Feel free to reopen if you face this with motionEye 0.43.1 stable release.
