about lane labels in map dataset

I am trying to convert nuplan data to other format and need to use data in nuPlan Maps, but there are many lables contain "lane" in the data and I'm confused, what is the difference between them? I tried to search but only found the schema page, which don't contain map data information. Is there any document about this? Thank you.
