Add Gotify Push

Would be awesome to have Gotify server to send/receive push notifications.

@MrEddX If you (or other people) are interested in adding this yourself feel free to send a PR. The list of things to add is quite long but I'd be happy to review a PR. We can also help in the matrix channel :) Otherwise we have to hope another contributor wants to use Gotify too.
