Do not publish the code, do not publish the paper. I really doubt that you are looking for reasons not to disclose the code. It has been more than a year. I don't know what you are afraid of in this paper?????

This work was during an internship at a company that gives me hard time to allow publishing it due to IP useless things with such a paper! I don't work in this company for 2 years!
And too many papers are published without paper. No rationale person tell them this nonsense
The paper implementation is straightforward changes to Deeplab v3+, if you can't see how to code it, work on improving your coding skills! I shared in the ppt coding notes for the loss functions.
