[WIP] Example for Sdl2Application multi-window functionality.

Showcase of mosra/magnum#168. Basically showing a model in two windows, one with Phong shading, one wireframe.

TODO:

  • [ ] Mention in docs
  • [ ] Enable building of the example on all CIs and in all packages
  • [ ] Create a nice not-very-high-poly model to show
  • [ ] Resizable windows, raise both windows when clicking on the main one
  • [ ] Ability to close the secondary wireframe view
