remove py2 support

移除 py2 support 後，build 就不用 six 跟 unicode csv 了

Thanks for writing this PR. As we discussed, I won't merge the PR now, but I will merge later. Since I won't want to mess up the py2 users for now, and I will plan to remove the py2 support with further updates and a clear announcement.
