Update the user-form.component.html to work with Angular 4.1.1

Hi, I modified the user-form.component.html to be able to use it with Angular 4.1.1. Here it is: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4qen7r82aontqzi/user-form.component.html?dl=0

It isn't the final version yet, but it fixes the validation problems I had using the original file.
