Does not build with CMake 4.0.

I think the issue can be closed since it has been resolved: https://github.com/jbeder/yaml-cpp/commit/c9371de7836d113c0b14bfa15ca70f00ebb3ac6f I think it's time to create a new tag; version 0.8.0 has this problem.

Use PySide6 instead of PySide2 to get QtDesigner
