Document using subprocesses for integration

This fixed many of my issues integrating with other frameworks.

In particular, when my main application was closed, third-party code would de-initalize GTK/QT. When pystray would try and access QT/GTK state, it would cause a core-dump.

This is a partial workaround for #102

NOTE: This only affects the documentation, not the code :wink:
