Should we support doi info for bonded potentials?

Thought motivated by foyer #360.

I think this seems like a sensible thing to do. Depending on the force field, and particularly in the case of custom built force fields, the bonded and non-bonded parameters may come from different publications. It seems reasonable to at least support this option.

Thoughts?
