More and more useful logging

I suggest using the info level for production instances, which should still deliver enough information for live troubleshooting.

Furthermore must the logging calls be made useful. Currently there are useless messages like

DEBUG [sauce.controllers.submissions] <sauce.model.event.Lesson object at 0x706c6d0>

Which should really not be necessary.
