separate sheets/assignments public/private setting for tutors and students

It would be great if one could make sheets/assignments public for tutors but private/invisible for students.

I already thought about that this week as I saw how you are currently using the public attribute! ;) There is already a slightly different issue at #132 - though it would probably make even more sense to have still more detail there...

Anyway, I'm not gonna have time to do that currently, cause I gotta move at the end of month - but after that it will be one of the first things that'll be done.
