Fix 371 dragging works on mobile

This changes is fixing the issue: https://github.com/mosch/react-avatar-editor/issues/371

I'm unable to get the project to build as-is, but I'm running a vanilla JS (no Typescript) version, and this is what I needed to get the mobile version to work correctly.

Oops, this might be a bug that occurred during the rewrite to TS. Thanks will have a look at it!
