Change transparent color to a new color

Lets say you have an transparent gif and want to save it as a jpeg, just for the fun of it. You need to decide what color to have instead of the transparent color.

An option like this &transparent-to=ff00ff will change the all the occurences of the transparent color to the new color, pixel by pixel.
