Add contributor name in the URL for accessing contributor page

This parameter is not supposed to be used by the REST API but pages that build URL to contributor pages must add the name in the URL. This is only for making sure search crawler on internet have contributor name in their DB and having those contributors pages higher in rank when someone is searching for a contributor name.
