[RFE] Make BrowserPicker honor the mode (light or dark) of the system.

Hello,

The browser picker window appears in dark mode even though the system is set to light mode.

Please make BrowserPicker honor the system mode.

Hello,

BrowserPicker doesn't technically have a "dark mode", just a hand crafted theme I made myself. I do see your point though, but I think it will take some time to get a "light mode" theme crafted and ensure it looks right. Going to put this off until at least 2.1, unless someone contributes a working layout we can switch to.
