Support mailto: links?

Currently the BrowserPicker can be chosen as Default App for Web browser, but not for Email, so mailto: links still open in a particular browser. Can BrowserPicker be added to the list?

mailto links typically need to go to an email client, not a browser.. At this time, I have no plans of adding support for mail clients as well, but I am open to PRs
