I made an Emacs port several days ago, like web browser, Emacs runs on many platforms as well.

Rather than an online app, I managed to port this as a chrome extension / bookmarklet for web browsers and working on a keyboard app for mobile browsers. This way, you can type into your favourite apps.

I'll put the source code up soon.
