Migrate to Swift 3

Xcode dropped support for Swift 2.3, so the project doesn't compile anymore. I tried running the migration assistant but there are still dozens of errors left after auto-migration, and I don't know Swift enough to fix them manually. It'd be really nice if anyone could submit a PR with migration.
