Unable to get the screenshot to render for android devices

Currently happening on all Android devices used with the tool. Download works, however once you click the screenshot tool the file is not saved/ shows no content.

Did it work for you in the past? If so, what changed? What versions of Android are your phones? What brand? Does taking a screenshot of the home screen (app launcher) work? Does app installation work? Does it recognize the device brand properly?
