Add a menu bar app/icon

I'd love to put the Pocket Casts wrapper in my menu bar instead of having a "full blown" dock application. Any chance of implementing that?

just submitted a PR that adds a menu bar button - no full UI in the menu, but play/pause, skip forward/back, show, and quit are available when there's no active window

@gabrieltriggs would it be difficult to append "Now Playing" text to it?

e.g. [Icon] {podcastName} - {podcastEpisode}

@jonnymaceachern It would be pretty rough - Pocket Casts doesn't have an official API, and since this is just a web view wrapping their website player, that would be the only way to get the "now playing" info. There are a few unofficial APIs floating around on GitHub, but they require that you use you username and password to generate a token, so YMMV on security there. It seems like a fair number of people have made Pocket Casts aware of the desire for an official API, but who knows? Until there is one, there's really no good way to add this info to the menu bar. Cheers.
