Remap controls JAMMA

I have the RGB-PI JAMMA plugged into an original cabinet with only player 1, player 2, jump, and 4-way joystick. I am having trouble re-mapping the JAMMA controls since it assumes my arcade has 3-button or 6-button layout. Is there a way to map to just a 3-button setup like I have (player 1, 2, jump)

Same but have 2 way joystick with trigger fire and shield that I want to multi game with other two way games
