RGB-PI tries to sync up to 50hz, even when 60hz is selected

I own an RGB-PI JAMMA, and run it on a Nanao MS9-29 (Sega AstroCity monitor)

image

Problem: When running Amstrad or Amiga systems, the monitor cannot sync- keeps trying to sync @ 50hz perhaps? I have tried to select ONLY 60hz in the options - Doesn't work.

Games that WORK: Metal Slug 2 (fbneo) Bonanza Bros (MAME2003) Streets of Rage (Genesis / Megadrive)

Games Tested with PROBLEM: Turrican 2 (Amiga) Lotus 2 (Amiga) Dizzy 2 (Amstrad) Bonanza Bros (MAME2010) Mortal Kombat (MAME2010)

Any help or clue to fix this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks Tim in Japan

Additional: Load Megadrive game, then exit back to Retroarch screen. Then Turrican 2 (Amiga) from previous list. > Can see an image

I assume retroarch.cfg or some RGB-PI file in /opt/ is incorrectly configured. Cannot edit these files without root access. :-(
