Device shows as AC, not AX

I am getting AC speeds and when I use the lsusb command I get Bus 003 Device 004: ID 0bda:b832 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. 802.11ac WLAN Adapter showing 802.11ac instead of ax

When I use the device in Windows with the official drivers AX works fine and gets the proper WiFi 6 speeds.

Some information if it helps: UGREEN AX1800 High-Gain Dual Band Wireless Adapter (chipset rtl8832bu) linux mint (kernal 5.15.0-107-generic)
