hostapd 2.11

Not sure if its driver problem or hostapd has problems. but short story: upgrading to hostapd 2.11 from 2.10, there is no way to connect to the hosted AP. every device ask for password and thats it. no error anywhere, the devices will keep asking for password without connecting or give an error. downgrading back to hostapd 2.10 my AP works again. i doubt its a driver issue. its more like an info in case anybody got same problem

unfortunately i have no clue where to report a bug for hostapd.
