Video File not playing (copy is different size)

Running the app on a Windows 10 64bit pc. The majority of the time the video files copied play fine, but you get a number each journey that will not play. I replaced the sd card same issue. All video files on the SD card play fine, when I compare the file on the SD card to the one created by the app the file size is different it is larger on the copy created, it is these files which will not play.

Update, it's a dependency error. When I install the .Net Core SDK on to my pc the app works perfectly. Installing .Net Core Runtime doesn't solve the problem, its something in the SDK.
