Make the sorting option more accessible

Introduction

Currently there's a small drop down for selecting a different sorting option.

I'd like to propose that we change it to be more "like apollo", the way they do this makes it easier to reach.

Requirements

Make the button open a menu at the bottom of the screen instead of the small drop-down list at the top of the list. These changes should also apply for the sorting drop-down for comments on a post
