can't extract .arc files from Praline developer properly

Hello I am trying to extract the script from this but the extracted script from Rio.arc is in the .wsc format and encrypted. Can you please add support for this developer too? none of the games from this dev worked. you can download the Rio file from here

Wrong place to ask, this is only archive tool. Wsc is default script and it has binary format, so you have to find tool to extract the script
