You should close the other issue of your. Anyway try AE-VN tool? Root uses Gswin so I guess AE will work

Or use arc_conv-drag 'n drop to exe

If AE-VN too is not supported, an error will occur and it will fail. Is arc_conv-drag'n droptoexe the arc_conv.exe? Also, with Extract data, only sound data could be extracted.

Basically, drag .pak to AE-VN and if it supports then it will show like this(just an example) Drag .pak to arc_conv and if that supports too then it will output a folder like: [file_name]~

After all both fail. AE-VN is not supported arc_conv detects even if it protects in real time and kills it.
