add support for the visual rUGP engine for unpacking .rio files

I am writing a Request in the Hope that somebody will add support for the rUGP Visual Engine for UNpacking .Rio fat files (rUGP = game MUV-LUV) now GRARbro no-editing them at the moment , the program defines them as archives, but does not open, unfortunately...

Use RioX: http://riox.thisillusion.org This can unpack .rio from rUGP and AGES 7.0 (from AGES 7.0 only graphics, not text)
