PNG image format to BSG format tool

Sorry in advance, this may not have anything to do with the rubric, but I'm desperate here. I found this tool capable of formatting images with extension bsg to png. I think maybe you know how to reformat it back to the original. I've scoured the internet for a tool that could do this, but found nothing. This is so frustrating. If you or anyone know of a tool that can convert png to bsg files please let me know. Thank you.

Hey, if you are doing a bishop game, the save the images in bmp format. Bishop games are able to load .bmp images.

Thanks, this works! Edit: Thought it works but since bmp doesn't have any transparency it doesn't look good in-game, So ultimately it doesn't work.
