Enable forced library update

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes changing metadata might not be recognized during a library update. If the file stays unchanged afterward, it will not be scanned again.

Describe the solution you'd like Enable to force all files to be scanned again. Takes longer, but should solve such cases.
