Enable changing the location of log files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some users can't access the current default location. However, making another location (such as the Documents folder) the default could be annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add an option in settings to select another folder
• Existing files should be copied to the new location and deleted at the old location
• Include a reset button so that the user doesn't have to memorize the default location
