[Feature Request] Deep linking for bots in groups

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Deep linking for bots is a feature that allows creation of special links that send a specific message to a bot when clicked. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in Telegram Web K: when such a link is clicked, a chat with the bot opens, but the message is not sent.

Describe the solution you'd like Telegram Web K should support deep linking, similar to other Telegram clients.

Deep linking was added in 1.0.2, however, deep linking in groups is not implemented yet, so I'm not closing the request, but renaming it.
