[BUG] send by enter not working on any android browser

on web.telegram.org/k send by enter(through softkeyboard enter symbol or shell :input keyevent KEYCODE_ENTER) is totally ignored on any android browser ;send option instead of sending the message makes a new line. super annoying, on old web.telegram.org send key was able to send message as expected.
