[BUG] Disabling animations doesn't work

Describe the bug When I disable animations from the menu, I expect them to be disabled. However, some animations are still displayed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. From the app menu, disable animations.
2. Open a new personal chat.
3. There is a rectangle with the text "No messages here yet... Send a message or tap the greeting below."
4. Under the text, there is a random sticker, which is animated, even though animations are disabled.

Expected behavior The sticker should be shown without animation.
