[BUG] Sharing URL doesn't work

Describe the bug Referring to the sharing formats in these docs, none of the work in Telegram Web K:

• https://core.telegram.org/widgets/share#custom-buttons
• https://core.telegram.org/api/links#share-links

To Reproduce

• Send yourself 2 links: https://t.me/share?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgoogle.com&text=my-text https://t.me/share/url?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgoogle.com&text=my-text
• Click any of them
• See the notification Sorry, this user doesn't seem to exist

Expected behavior The application opens a special popup allowing user to share specified URL.
