Describe the bug Window size shrinks after exiting a video from landscape display mode on iPhone.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Play a video in full screen with portrait mode
2. Rotate screen to enable landscape display mode
3. Exit from this video
4. Switch back to portrait mode
5. Scroll down

Expected behavior window size should not be shrunk.

• Browser: safari in PWA mode
• Version 17.4.1

Additional context This issue does not occur in Web A, so I believe it's a bug in Web K.
