[BUG] When starting, the QR is not displayed and authorization by number does not work

I install tweb on a local server (pnpm start) and when I open the web interface at http://192.168.1.100:8080, the Telegram login form is displayed, but there is no QR code and authorization by phone number does not work.

There is Internet access on the VM, what could be the problem?
