[BUG] messages.getDialogs spam when "bugged message" tag exists on a response

Describe the bug Not a long time ago i deleted some of my chats and now WebK telegram is spamming api request to messages.getDialog. After some requests i get Flood wait for 30secs +- and can't use telegram at this time. (For example, i can't switch between folders)

To Reproduce I really don't know, how exactly can you get "bugged dialog"

Expected behavior If app receive "bugged dialog" tag, stop requesting this dialogs

Additional context I checked all "bugged dialogs" and they are all was deleted by me (i exited group chat/channel/deleted bot) Btw, I exited them from my phone, and it dont seem that phone have flood wait. I use telegram app as always, didnt waiting 30sec for folder to open.
