[Feature Request] option to open t.me links in web.telegram.org

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I follow links to content on Telegram, in the form of a t.me link, the browser always tries to open the link in the Telegram application. I don't have the Telegram application installed on my desktop, but only use it in the browser (web.telegram.org). In this context, the link should be opened in the browser, or at least there should be an option to do so.

If you open the t.me link in the browser profile which you have logged in telegram web, it should show two buttons which says VIEW IN TELEGRAM and OPEN IN WEB seperately. More concisely, it read the cookie from .telegram.org

Or you can replace the https://t.me/<something> with https://web.telegram.org/k/#?tgaddr=tg://resolve?domain=<something>
