[BUG]High CPU usage in the background on ChromeOS

Describe the bug With the PWA installed and running in the background, very often Telegram's services are taxing my CPU. Results in extra heat produced by my laptop.

Expected behavior As of a month or so ago, there was no such issue. I reinstalled Telegram multiple times, even ChromeOS recently.

  • Version 116 Beta (was happening on M114, M115 as well)

I experienced high CPU usage in WebA installed as PWA on Edge on Linux, it may be related.

After 6 days of uptime, high CPU happened to WebK in Linux Vivaldi, not installed as a PWA. And stopped after focusing the tab.
