[BUG] .webp files fails to be send

Describe the bug After sending some .webp files i see this: Screenshot 2023-04-18 094822

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://web.telegram.org/k/
  2. Send some .webp files to someone.
  3. This fails will not be send.

Expected behavior Files should be send.
