[BUG] Google chrome auto-translate

Describe the bug I used to be able to use the old web.telegram.org to translate my message groups in other languages. I would right-click and then "translate to {lang}"

This uses the built-in language translation system in Google chrome In the current version this no longer works.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to web.telegram.org
2. Click on any group chat in a foreign language
3. Right click -> Translate to {your lang}
4. Nothing changes

Expected behavior Before the web page reflected my translation preferences
