[BUG] When sending a message, sometimes edit buffer is not cleared

Describe the bug When sending a message, sometimes the message is sent and at the same time the text remains in the edit buffer (normally it is cleared).

To Reproduce Unfortunately, I could not find a way to reliably reproduce this, but it happens from time to time.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Debian
  • Browser: Firefox 91.7.0esr
  • Version: Telegram WebK 1.4.0 (129) (but this happened on older versions as well)

Such duplicate messages appear for me as well sometimes.
