I saw a pinned post feature that someone had implemented in the past (https://github.com/morethanmin/morethan-log/pull/112), and I found that it did not suit the current version. I have adapted this feature to fit the latest codebase.

for who wants to use this, feature. Add "Pinned" to tags property.

default clone tempalte has no Pinned tags.
