Frank List all registered selector engines in Symbiote's chooser

This would make things easier for people who use alternative selector engines.

This would likely require a new Frank route, perhaps: /engines

I can make the changes in Frank, and maybe I could make the changes in Symbiote.

If you add the route to Frank I would be very happy to do the Symbiote work - I already have a lot of Symbiote UI changes which are waiting to get in a more cohesive state so I can push them into Frank.

Frank server has an API endpoint which lists the available engines (I think), but currently the drop down in Symbiote is hardcoded and not using that endpoint.
